This notice explains how TopViralTech handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you inquire, we collect your name, email address, selected service, any optional website and message you choose to share, your agreement to be contacted, and the submission date and reference. Please don’t include customer lists, passwords or sensitive information in the form.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your business, respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible service engagement. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or start a paid service.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored with our website hosting providers and are restricted to the authorized site owner. We also use FormSubmit to forward your enquiry to our business email. It processes the form details for delivery and retains a submission archive for up to 30 days. Providers may process data outside your country. We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell inquiry information.

Live AI demonstration

The live demo uses ElevenLabs to process voice or typed messages and generate AI replies. It connects only after you choose Start talking or Prefer to type and agree in the first-use prompt. Your agreement applies to further demo conversations while this page remains open. Voice mode needs microphone access; you can mute or end it at any time. Use made-up customer details and do not share passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information. Raw audio saving is disabled for this agent. Conversation transcripts, extracted summaries and operational metadata are retained in ElevenLabs for up to 30 days under the agent’s settings. Providers may maintain separate security logs. The on-page transcript disappears when you leave or restart, which does not itself delete the provider’s record.

If you ask about buying TopViralTech services, the agent may prepare an editable inquiry form. A draft is not submitted automatically. Only after you review it, agree to contact and submit is the inquiry stored in our separate private owner inbox. Submitted inquiries follow the retention description above. The conversation itself does not make a booking or send an email. Submitting the separate inquiry form sends us an email notification.

Site security and cookies

To limit spam, the form uses a hidden bot-detection field and a short-lived, hashed connection identifier. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the inquiry database. Hosting providers may retain operational and security logs. We have not installed advertising pixels or marketing analytics on this site. Essential hosting and owner sign-in features may use cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@topviraltech.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or reply to a response you have received from us. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Client data

This form is for business inquiries only. Any access to a client’s business tools or marketing platform or customer data is addressed separately in the written service agreement before work begins.
